my submission has been waiting a pretty long time

Can anyone tell me how to submit or upload files to the Site or any other group?? I mostly use my phone.
well simply submit:
at above you can see - 'submit' click there ,then choose file, title, keyword, category and below submit
to a group go to the home page there you can find 'contribute art' click there, it will open a window, there choose the right folder then your art and um submit, and then done or X
